The situation
Tour Musafir is an adventure tour operator who saw the system Tour Treck and YatraStart were running and wanted the same thing for their brand. Since we'd built the platform as multi-tenant from the beginning, onboarding a new operator was just configuration.
The goal: get Tour Musafir live with their own domain, branding, packages, pricing, Razorpay account and WhatsApp number. In days, not weeks.

Tour Musafir's homepage. Same platform as Tour Treck, different brand.
What we built
Brand and theme setup
Logo, colours, fonts, hero images and footer all configured through the admin. The site looks like Tour Musafir's own. You can't tell it shares a platform with anyone.
Content entry
Tour Musafir's team added their packages, destinations, photos and descriptions through the same admin the other operators use. No developer involved after initial setup.
Own payments and WhatsApp
Separate Razorpay account and WhatsApp Business number, configured at the operator level. Money goes directly to Tour Musafir. Booking confirmations come from their number.
The hard part
Proving the architecture works
We'd told Tour Treck from the start that adding new operators would be fast. Tour Musafir was the first real test of that claim.
Domain, SSL, branding, payments and WhatsApp setup took one working day. Content entry by Tour Musafir's team took two more. They were live and taking bookings on day three. Every fix and feature we've shipped since has gone live for all three operators at once.
The second and third customer costing a fraction of the first is when you know the architecture was worth the investment.
