The situation
ePropertyGurukul runs courses on land banking, RERA compliance and sales for real estate brokers, investors and people entering the industry. Before us, courses were promoted through WhatsApp groups and word of mouth. Enrolment happened over phone calls.
They wanted a site where people could browse courses, understand what they'd learn, and sign up without going through a phone call.

ePropertyGurukul's homepage with courses and event listings.
What we built
Course catalogue
Each course has a full page: syllabus, duration, pricing, instructor bios, testimonials. The team adds and edits courses from the admin without needing us.
Online enrolment
Students sign up and pay on the site. Confirmation goes out via WhatsApp and email. The admin tracks enrolments, revenue and attendance.
SEO setup
Each course type and city gets its own page, targeting the specific searches brokers and investors make when looking for training.
The hard part
Courses that run in multiple cities
The same course runs in different cities, on different dates, sometimes with different instructors and prices. The first data model treated each one as a separate course. Made the catalogue messy and the admin annoying to use.
We restructured it: one course, multiple scheduled batches. The public page shows upcoming batches by city. The admin manages all scheduling from one place.
A data model change that cleaned up both the public site and the admin at once.
